STEP 1: Abstract Submission

Please submit a short abstract (maximum 200 words), giving an outline of the subject, method and conclusions of the paper. Please submit your abstract via the submission portal.

We recognise that some authors may not have finalised the data collection and analysis by this stage. The idea is more to get a rough estimate of the range and number of papers to expect at the conference.

Participants will receive an abstract submission confirmation email and be informed for developing to a paper.

STEP 2: Paper Submission

Your paper (maximum 6 pages) should be submitted in the prescribed format electronically to be included in the proceedings.

Tuesday, 3rd September – Tuesday, 10th September

Registration

Registration is accessible to authors on 3rd September and non-authors on 10th September.
Registration Deadline: Midday, 13th September.

Tuesday, 10th September

Participants will receive a paper submission confirmation email to present at the venue for an oral presentation

Midday Friday, 13th September

STEP 3: Presentation Submission (Oral speakers)

Please submit your presentation media (maximum 10 slides).

Monday, 16th September

Conference Day

Please join the in-person conference at the University College London (UCL) at Here East, London.

*Speakers is encouraged to present their work at the venue. Please find travelling to the venue for a travel information.

Papers should address one or more of the key themes and may be by one author or more. Please note the lead author must be the student. The paper must be no more than 6 pages in length including tables, figures references etc.

Paper submission deadline: Tuesday, 3rd September 2024.
